This feasibility study examined the potential extension and refurbishment of a Victorian tram shed in Wandsworth to create high quality B1 Office Space. It looked at options to provide up to 1020m2/10,900ft2 NIA of high quality space including basement areas and the potential for residential use at upper areas.
Space planning studies sought to maximise desk space while maintaining a high quality office environment and associated staff welfare facilities such as a gym and other rest areas. Options for subletting were also considered.
Massing and elevation studies used a modern industrial aesthetic to complement the existing brick built tram shed.
