PCA were invited to enter a private competition to design a new home for a prospective client. The brief asked for a modern house: spacious, generous, and highly crafted with a strong sense of privacy. We developed the design as a collection of blocks that were set back from each other to create a series of spaces leading from public to private whilst offering opportunities for green terraces/ ledges at multiple levels.
